Pro Mama

I co-founded, launched, and branded a startup aimed at helping moms find jobs that fit their lives better. For two years, co-founder Jessica Gaffney and I hustled to find, vet, and share flexible, mom-friendly jobs to a mailing list of 6000+ Texas-based mothers.

Pro Mama was born from an obvious realization: it’s really f*cking hard for moms to get back into the workforce and that there were no job-search solutions aimed at the realities mother’s face. We knew we had to build a solution. Over our 2+ years, we helped more than 100 women find better jobs, brought on corporate sponsors, and built a community of 6000+ women.
